About this site

The Furnace Isn't Free helps a homeowner read an HVAC offer: equipment, allowance, installation, required modifications, exclusions, and total installed price. It is not a contractor, not a quote, and not a law practice.

Author: Aziel Eliab. The site is one door in that ecosystem. HVAC pages do not speak for the other projects.

What it will not do

• Name a company from a single example, or accuse a business without a sourced record and review.
• Invent savings, market averages, or a usual labor multiple.
• Decide whether your furnace is safe.
• Publish a submission unless you ask and a documented review agrees. Asking is not enough on its own.
